I think if you don't wash it, you can just return it to the store. Do you have your original order number? If not call CS and they will give it to you. If you just ordered the wrong size, then you need to ship it back at your cost. Just write them a letter and include your order number. I find it is a waste because you loose shipping on both sides. But if you return it to the store, you will get your money back with out shipping. BTW, if it is a defect in their product, they will send you a shipping label and you can ship it back at UPS no cost to you.
